Yet another in a long string of the drawings from photos.
I've begun to diversify my toolkit a bit, in addition to the various graphite pencils between 7H and 5B, I've added compressed charcoal pencils, carbon pencils, and mechanical pencils in various hardnesses.
I've also finally given in to everyone's suggestions of grabbing a putty eraser, and I wish I'd caved earlier. I snagged a few chamois as well.
Drawn on high-grain cheapass drawing paper, roughly 8"x12", scanned at 900 dpi, levels and color adjusted, as well as having some color added.
Suitable for printing up to 24"x36". Not that anyone would want one.
Anyways, I'm really happy how this turned out, even though, yet again, when compared side by side with the reference photo, it's very hard to figure out where the fuck I went wrong in all the proportions. As opposed to my usual meticulous measuring and layout procedures before drawing, I totally winged this one, so it's suprising anything lines up at all.
